We work hard to prepare an exceptional dinner and dessert that can be booked by our guests. The dinner is a 2-course set menu that includes a main, dessert and complimentary beer, wine or soft drink.
With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Marco brings a deep passion for traditional French rustic cuisine and a wealth of knowledge from his years in the kitchen. Now calling the Outback home, he’s excited to share his skills, creativity, and love of authentic flavors with our community. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the delicious dishes he’ll bring to the table.
Here at Cheela, we encourage conversation and community which is why dinner is served on shared tables. Meet likeminded travellers and share stories of adventures over dinner.
Dinner can be booked by room, camping and caravanning guests alike. We do have limited seating so make sure to book ahead to secure your seats, especially during our busiest months (June, July & August).

Every Sunday we host our burger night around the communal campfire at 6:30pm.
Join us for a delicious beef burger and damper bun cooked over the smouldering coals on our large fire pit. Enjoy building your own burger and choosing from our range of sides and sauces.
Burgers are $17 each
Book in for burgers by adding them to your online booking, emailing reception@cheelaplains.com.au or calling us on
0435 633 008.
Burgers can also be booked at reception, no bookings after 4pm on Sundays!
A tofu alternative is available to accommodate any dietary requirements.
Your furry friends are welcome to join but we do ask that they are kept on a lead.
