We are open to corporate guests year-round for industries such as the resources sector and road works. The Corporate Rate Package includes 3 full meals each day, linen, unlimited ice, free washing machine use, Wi-Fi in designated locations & parking for light and heavy vehicles.
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
tHE QUARTERS - Shared Amenities
King Single Rooms - $271pp (inc GST)
Air-conditioned dongas with a mini fridge, king single bed, black out blind, and linen. Meals are provided, unlimited ice, filtered water, washing machines, clotheslines, shared ablution blocks and Wi-Fi.
It is recommended for corporates to provide their own Starlink if they require strong Wi-Fi in their rooms and are staying in The Quarters.
PLAINVIEW LODGE - qUAIL UNITS
Queen Ensuite Units - $390pp (inc GST)
Air-conditioned unit with a mini fridge, queen bed, black out blind, tea/coffee station, and linen. Meals are provided, unlimited ice, filtered water, washing machines, clotheslines & Wi-Fi.
CORPORATE PACKAGE INCLUDES:
MEALS
- Breakfast - Make your own breakfast from items in the Red Plains Café corporate refrigerator.
- Lunch - A selection of lunch options are pre-made and placed in the Red Plains Café corporate refrigerator every day.
- Dinner - A two course set menu prepared by experienced chefs is served at 6:30pm every evening, except on a Wednesday, in the Red Plains dining room. Beef burgers are served every Wednesday around the campground firepit. The meal includes a soft drink and icecream. (BYO alcohol).
Specific Dietary Requirements - When booking accommodation, please communicate any dietary requirements such as gluten free, vegetarian, etc.
WORK SPACE IN THE CHAT ROOM
The Chat Room is the newest addition to Cheela Plains Station. This office was built with the intention for corporates to utilise as a quiet space to work from. The Chat Room is located between Red Plains Café and Emu Campground and is equipped with tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, TV, air-conditioning and a mini fridge.
PHONE SIGNAL
The station has an Optus 4G Tower with a 6km radius including coverage in the Chat Room and a Telstra booster with a 150m radius from the workshop that is located adjacent to the Red Plains Café. The Telstra signal is intermittent in the Chat Room.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
CORPORATE POLICY
Agreement of payment via Purchase Order or credit card on departure or weekly basis, which ever comes first.
No refund for any cancellations or alterations to bookings less than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations between 24-72 hours in advance are charged at 50%.
Minimum of 72 hours required for cancellations or alterations without penalty.
Please bear in mind that during closure of the tourist season, November 1st – March 31st, food deliveries and quantities are based on bookings. To prevent food wastage, please provide as much notice as possible to booking cancellations or alterations.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO GOVERNMENT TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
Where a customer cancels due to Government restrictions that are either not removed as expected, extended, or reimposed, the customer will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID
We require 24 hrs notice of cancellation or else there is a 100% charge required for the first night’s stay.
ALL DEBIT & CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ATTRACT A 1% SURCHARGE.
